let Minneapolans behold the fruit of liberal mayhem

Recommended Posts

thursday nite the democrat liberal politicians of minneapolis handed over their city to the gentle flames of civil mayhem. no police or nat'l Guard the mayhemers were allowed to lay siege to their own city...

outstanding!

:D

a police precinct was allowed to burn with other fires left unattended to the gentle kindness of liberal democrat appease-ism.
responsibility? liberal democrats no longer know the meaning of the word.

responsible leaders do not allow a rabble to decimate a city. now let liberal social activists explain to the rest of the country why they will voice no words of condemnation to their supporters for their descent into the law of the jungle.

truly pathetic on all moral levels.

Earlier you wrote sympathetically about the black man who was killed at the hands of the police.  Now you use this as an attack against liberals.  Why liberals?  Because the police force judged the situation too explosive to move in and confront the protestors?  Because they decided discretion in this instance was the better course?  What makes you think the police force are liberals?  That's a bizarre assumption which i would say is based solely on your tribal hatred of liberals, period.

allowing mayhem to occur is a dereliction of duty and an absolute abdication of their basic moral responsibilities as elected officials.

The State police moved in this morning.  No one was killed.  Under Governor Nipkowdisc hundreds would have been slaughtered and they would be calling it Bloody Thursday.

Furthermore I doubt the State Policy are mainly liberal, nor the officer who murdered that black man.

no they wouldn't. as soon as they saw the cops moving in they'd take off like jackrabbits.

not that it means anything but on cnn someone said the rioters were from outside minneapolis.

they are not finished yet until everyone of them has looted a free flatscreen TV.

Gives Donny an excellent opportunity to get whitey all cranked up, though it may have come too far

away from November to help.

Yea,  Donny should have been able to get some mileage out of these 'protest' IF he had remained silent and just let the pictures do the taking for him.

E.g..   This morning L.A. Times front page;   photo of protesters putting 'stuff' onto a bonfire outside a Target store, with only a small caption of: People feed a fire outside a Target store in Minneapolis during project over the death of George Floyd.

Also underneath the photo are two references to articles,   one about how "even police chiefs of major U.S. cities are condemning the officer who knelt on Floyd's neck",  and one by a their black columnist "What happened to Floyd was no anomaly".

I.e.  No articles about the protest.       This is much different than their coverage of the C-19 'shutdown' protest by Trumpers and other nut-jobs;  There the Times had photos AND multiple articles about the protest,  e.g. the guns seen at them,   the signs,  and with comments that made these protesters look even more 'out there'.

It appears someone was killed:  "Amid the violence in Minneapolis, a man was found fatally shot Wednesday night near a pawn shop, possibly by the owner, authorities said."

Either way there must be other alternatives between shooting protesters or just letting them run wild looting and burning things down.

PS:   Even CNN knows the protest \ riots are far from over.

Black activist have the perfect case to push white politicians at all levels of government to actual do-something;  to really change the system.

But it looks like they will set themselves back instead of advancing.     AND unlike the C-19 protesters Black activist don't have any major politicians that will back them up (i.e.  support violence protest),   like the C-19 protesters have Trump.

Well, the hardcore Trump supporter will just like what Trump says and the more Trump stirs it up the

better for him. The only problem is it occurred too early.  News cycles seem to move so fast these days

that by November it might not have much of an impact. If it had happened in the middle of October

that would be a different matter.

I saw reports that social media has right wing groups talking about going to Minneapolis and spread mayhem.  So they are in it to sow discord.  And with protesters yesterday in DC, Maybe that’s what Trump meant by MAGA Night at the WH!

Yea,  talking about,,,,  that means that the vast majority of so called protesters you were looting and using violence were NOT members of any right wring groups,  but instead just opportunist.

Face reality;   looting and use of violence is a fairly common practice due to group-think,  especially when a protest is conducted without strong leadership.

Slavoj Zizek: In American protests, victims of Trump’s policies help the criminal erase the crime

Be they against the Covid-19 lockdown or police brutality, the protests gripping the US stem from a ‘money or life’ choice, where people are forced to choose money. The poor are victims, helping to cover up the crime against them.

Our world is gradually drowning in madness: instead of solidarity and coordinated global action against the Covid-19 threat, not only are agricultural disasters proliferating, raising the prospect of massive hunger – locusts are invading areas from Eastern Africa to Pakistan – but political violence is also exploding, often ignored by the media. How little do we read about the military border clashes between India and China, with multiple wounded?
