Where is the social distancing with protesters????????????

Recommended Posts

NO SOCIAL DISTANCING BEING ENFORCED AGAINST PROTESTERS

A few weeks ago the media was shocked to see people on the beach in Florida without social distancing, and made a big deal about it. But when protesters are roaming the streets and breaking into stores, they say nothing about them not social distancing like before.

The Democrat cities forced small businesses to close due to social distancing, and kept them closed for months. Now these same cities are not enforcing the social distancing restrictions they placed on everyone else when it comes to protesters.

The news media claimed we would have a second wave outbreak with the virus unless we kept social distancing in place, yet now they say nothing about it when it comes to protesters in the streets and those rioting and burning buildings.

Does anyone else notice the political agenda of these people who make the decisions on social distancing? I hope so.

Before the protesting:

In some cities, police were being asked to start enforcing social distancing rules. Over the weekend, Chicago police located and broke up house parties, while the New York Police Department sent 1,000 officers out on "social distancing patrols."

A coalition of lawyers and civil rights advocates filed an emergency motion in federal court Tuesday aimed at halting the NYPD's disproportionate policing of minorities for social distancing complaints. Black and brown New Yorkers made up 79 percent of social distancing summonses and arrests, despite the majority of 311 complaints coming from predominantly white neighborhoods, according to the New York City Police Department and analyses of 311 data.

After it starts:

Go do all the rioting you want, it is for "justice". Who cares about the virus anymore.

MM, you change positions whenever it's convenient for you. Previously you were protesting against the social distancing restrictions on Americans that "wanna have fun." Now you're concerned because those same concerns aren't being exercised by protesters, transparently because it gives you a chance to take a shot at the protesters (of whom I doubt very much you give a damn).

In any event the protesters will pay a price (along with others who come into contact with them) in the weeks to come for their close proximity to one another. This will go down as one of the tragic consequences of a nation being traumatized by the brutal murder of a black man by a rotten cop during a pandemic. Not only that but there are images around, too, of cops siding with the protesters in some cities and even exchanging hugs with them. It's a beautiful gesture of solidarity and an attempt to reach out that may have dire consequences for those involved from a killer virus that shows no mercy.

I hope this cop, one of the many good ones, and this protester don't pay a price for this gesture during a pandemic. Not only that but there may be deadly consequences with those coming into contact with these two afterward, as well.

The democrats shut down all the small businesses over social distancing and forced many out of business, now they allow mobs to run around looting and do nothing about it.

What are they supposed to do about it - these democrats?  They have defended the right to peaceful protests and condemned criminal activity.  Trump cannot even get that straight.

These protests have been going on for decades.  You don't like to talk about the root problem but you welcome this chaos as you make it fit your political agenda.

They are discussion this issue on "Good Day LA".... COVID-19 and the Super Spreader Event.

Doctor Nicholas Testa recommends all protesters be tested.   Good luck with that!

In Detroit there's been some praise that at least most of the protesters wore face masks, and many have been trying to keep several feet apart.  The first day of protest was rougher, sure.  But each day after was more calm and peaceful.

And in one small incident, protesters surrounded and kept another protester from vandalizing a small business owner's storefront.  And it's not a case of democrats "allowing" mobs to "run around looting",   And like I've tried pointing out, this all would have happened no matter what political party any city's mayor belonged to. Police will do what they do, and people will react how they do.

It shouldn't be problem.  According to Trump on March 11 anyone who wants a test can get one.

He isn't talking much like that these days. Now he's more concerned with calling in the army. Oh, yeh, he'll also say, "Toss me a Bible" if anything looking like a camera is nearby.
