Don't you hang  on my every word around here???  ;)

I knew that. Yessiree, I knew it, I tell ya. Hanging onto every word after all these years sometime gluts my memory banks and something important like this slithers off the radar. If I were a Dargo scholar, I would never forget something like that. But I'm not a scholar of anything. But I'll surely remember this from now on. Is it going to on the test? ;)

You have good taste... THE APARTMENT is wonderful; all fine performances.  It's a great film.  Great score too (I have a vinyl copy).

I started to really appreciate Jack Lemmon as an actor with The Apartment, and I think Shirley MacLaine gave the best performance of her career.

Yep, me too, Arsan. It was also after my first exposure to Jack in this film in the early-'70s after after happening upon this film on TV one night, is when I became a big fan of his.

(...and at the same time, first got a big crush on Shirley)
