That looks like Groucho and Chico Marx reviewing a singer's contract in "A Night At the Opera".

Groucho: That's a standard clause. It's in all the contracts. It's called a sanity clause.

Chico: Aaaah, you can't fool me. There ain't no Santaty Claus.

You nailed it unclecharlie :) It *is* Chico and Groucho's 'Sanity Clause' routine from A Night at the Opera (1935). The rare moments these two get together like this are my favorites. Thanks for your comment. I'm enjoying this as much as you are.
