Who Killed George Floyd?

Minnesota’s attorney general needs to pay attention to the available evidence, which in this case is incontrovertible.

In the death of George Floyd, the State of Minnesota has charged former Minneapolis Police Officer Derek Chauvin with second-degree murder and former officers Thomas Lane, J. Alexander Kueng, and Tou Thao with aiding and abetting that murder. But, as will be shown in detail below, the physical, scientific, and electronically recorded evidence in the case overwhelmingly and conclusively proves that these defendants are not guilty of the charges and, in fact, played no material role in bringing about Floyd’s death.

Newly Released George Floyd Body Cam Footage Should Make Keith Ellison Nervous

By Parker Beauregard
American Thinker

August 6, 2020

Those of us that care about actual justice can only view the newly leaked arrest video of George Floyd in one way: damning to the media narrative.

A viewing of the video reveals that the events leading up to Floyd’s unfortunate, entirely avoidable death are not as they initially seemed, and its release is nothing short of tossing a massive wrench into the agenda-driven gears of media and political discourse.  The four officers might well be guilty of something, but the current second-degree charge of murder is not one of them.  The political overreach in the case will cause nothing short of absolute chaos when the verdict is read.

In the immediate aftermath of the Floyd incident this past May, Minnesota’s top lawman, an activist first and Democrat attorney general second by the name of Keith Ellison, recommended a third-degree murder charge for Derek Chauvin and the three assisting officers.  Under Minnesota statute, third-degree murder would include an action that is “without intent to effect the death of any person” yet “causes the death of another by perpetrating an act eminently dangerous to others and evincing a depraved mind, without regard for human life.”

These police officers are at the mercy of a BLM sympathy mob with the MSM jumping on board ... the law can be precise ... sometimes prejudiced and unfair ...  can only hope the officers get a fair trial ... if so ... they stand a very good chance of being acquitted ...

Tucker Carlson Announces George Floyd Fatally Overdosed with Fentanyl and A Lawsuit Is Brought to Force Release of HCQ to the Public

A Related Double-Header Today

Tucker Carlson on Fox News Announces What I and  John-Paul Leonard Told You Almost 2 Months ago—George Floyd Fatally Overdosed with Fentanyl

A Lawsuit Is Brought to Force Release of HCQ to the Public

The rest of the media continues to lie to protect the anti-white agenda and Big Pharma’s profit agenda.

Here is Tucker Carlson’s report:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2eg4vfcdITw [1]

YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and the rest of the censoring Nazi media have been protecting the official lie on Floyd, just as they do on everything else, such as HCQ, Russiagate, 9/11, Iranian nukes, peaceful protests, Russian invasions, so watch Tucker before the “free American media” cancels him.  Note that both Tucker and his guest are sufficiently intimidated by the media claim that Floyd was murdered to make it clear that they are not claiming that the police had no responsibility in Floyd’s death, but they don’t identify what the responsibility is. When even Tucker Carlson can be intimidated, you can see the power of the lie.

As Minnesota’s black attorney general, Keith Ellison, clearly admits on Tucker Carlson, he withheld the police video of their encounter with Floyd in order to aid his prosecution of the police officers who he falsely indicted.

In other words the video does not support the indictment or the official story that the despicable lying presstitutes have beat into your heads by endless repetition and misrepresentation.

The video clearly reveals an agitated and uncooperative Floyd complaining of difficulty breathing long before the infamous knee-on-neck, a routine restraint part of police training.  The police did not use excessive restraint. They eventually realized that Floyd was in distress. They accommodated Floyd’s request to be taken out of the squad car and allowed to lay on the ground.  You might remember that a large number of presstitute scum misrepresented Floyd’s being removed from the squad car and put on the ground as police brutality.  A number of Internet idiots screamed: “they had him safely in the car and took him out so they could kill him!”

The police realized Floyd was on drug overdose and called for medics.  Floyd was being held still so as not to exhaust his restricted oxygen capability in agitation. Floyd died because the ambulance did not get there in time.

When the top law enforcement official in Minneapolis withholds exculpatory evidence in order to frame and convict innocent police, and the law enforcement official is black and the police are white, it puts a different color on the lies we have been told.

Here is one person’s analysis of the police video: https://www.lewrockwell.com/2020/08/no_author/newly-released-george-floyd-body-cam-footage-should-make-keith-ellison-nervous/ [2]

Here is a link to the video of the police trying to get Floyd into the car:  https://www.rt.com/usa/497006-george-floyd-leaked-bodycam-footage/ [3]  Notice that RT is so intimidated that RT warns “disturbing video.”

Notice that Floyd is very agitated and very confused. He was sitting in a car with the windows up, but refuses to get in the police car because he is claustrophobic. The police assure him that they will roll down the window and stay with him.  He is too confused to comply with police instructions to show his hands, put his hands on the steering wheel, put his hands on his head.  Instead, he gives non-relevant replies.  Note that the police do not taser him or strike him. One officer keeps Floyd covered with a pistol until he shows his hands.

Note that Floyd complains of breathing problems following his resistance to being put in the police car. The breathing problem associated with fentanyl overdose is beginning to set in. Fentanyl’s effects include confusion, problems breathing, and unconsciusness. “An overdose occurs when a drug produces serious adverse effects and life-threatening symptoms. When people overdose on fentanyl, their breathing can slow or stop. This can decrease the amount of oxygen that reaches the brain, a condition called hypoxia. Hypoxia can lead to a coma and permanent brain damage, and even death”   https://www.drugabuse.gov/publications/drugfacts/fentanyl [4] .

The lessons to be learned from the George Floyd tragecy are these:  A black state attorney general withheld exculpatory evidence in order to falsely indict police officers. The presstitute media is so totally devoid of integrity that a sustained campaign of disinformation was used for the purpose of convicting the police in the minds of the public.  To find an unbiased jury is probably impossible.

When will  Americans ever learn to stop listening to the media?

The presstitutes have done the same thing to hydroxychloroquine (HCQ), which is proven to be the most successful and safe treatment for Covid-19.  The media–print, TV, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Google–have covered up the safety and effectiveness of HCQ and have stricken from YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and Internet searches evidence provided by doctors treating Covid-19, and by virologists, epidemiologists and immunologists attesting to the safety and efficacy of HCQ.

I was, perhaps, the first to give you the true information about HCQ.  I also reported that CDC, NIH, WHO, and FDA are in cahoots with Big Pharma which does not want the information out that a cheap cure for Covid exists, because Big Pharma and its shills at the public health agencies want to sell you Big Pharma’s expensive vaccine and “cure.”  For them, Covid is a money-making opportunity.  In pursuit of this opportunity, they are jointly responsible for hundreds of thousands of deaths.  There should not only be class action suits against these criminals, but also murder indictments.  If officer Chauvin can be indicted for Floyd’s death, Fauci, Redfield, Big Pharma, and the rest can be indicted for murder not merely of one person but hundreds of thousands of people.

Here is an explanation of why and how Anthony Fauci has blocked HCQ as a treatment for Covid:  https://thenationalpulse.com/news/leaked-hydroxychloroquine-memo/ [5]

Here is an account of how the CDC’s Redfield survived fraud in AIDS research to rise to the head of CDC:  https://www.lewrockwell.com/2020/08/jon-rappoport/cdc-director-robert-redfield-the-letter-that-should-have-destroyed-his-career/ [6]

You might wonder how such a compromised individual can rise to such a responsible position.  The answer is that Redfield is the kind of person Big Pharma wants in the position.

The Assoiation of American Physicians and Surgeons has filed a lawsuit to compell the release of HCQ to the public.  We will see if Big Pharma also owns the federal courts, as well as NIH, CDC, FDA, WHO, and Trump’s Department of Health  Human Services — https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2020/08/two-charts-put-dr-fauci-prison/ [7]

Information about Fauci’s corruption is beginning to get around:  https://www.armstrongeconomics.com/international-news/disease/why-is-fauci-not-in-prison/ [8]

Once again, the HCQ accurate information:  https://www.paulcraigroberts.org/2020/08/03/hydroxychloroquine-one-more-time/ [9]

And this from a friend who grew up in Africa:

“I am a child of hydroxychloroquine. I spent my childhood using it against Malaria. I have used it for many, many years, one tablet a week. It kills Malaria in the blood. A pill a week works as prevention, if we were bit by Malaria mosquito, the hydroxychloroquine instantly killed the Malaria. In Eastern Congo, the Belgians farm it. Miles and miles of farming of the hydroxychloroquine trees.  The medicine is made from the bark layer of the stem, they just cut the bark, dried it and made it into pills. Which even makes it organic, at least the type we used.”

Once again, the information on Fentanyl: https://www.paulcraigroberts.org/2020/07/31/should-we-be-protesting-about-george-floyd-or-julian-assange/  [10]

Motion seeks Mike Freeman's removal from case of officer charged in George Floyd killing

His lawyer said the Hennepin County prosecutor has demonstrated bias against his client in the Floyd case.

The attorney for one of four former officers charged in connection with the police killing of George Floyd on Memorial Day filed a motion Thursday seeking to have Hennepin County Attorney Mike Freeman removed from the case.

Thomas C. Plunkett argued that Freeman is ethically compromised and too close to law enforcement to fairly prosecute his client, J. Alexander Kueng, who was charged as an accomplice in Floyd’s killing.

“The HCAO [Hennepin County Attorney’s Office] cannot act to protect Mr. Kueng’s right to a fair trial as they have already proclaimed his guilt in numerous public statements. Mr. Freeman has called the death of Mr. Floyd a ‘senseless death’ and [said] that he is sympathetic to the Floyd family,” Plunkett wrote. “He also commented that the video of the incident from a bystander ‘is graphic, and horrific and terrible, and no person should do that,’ ” he continued.

Chauvin, Lane, Kueng, and Thao: The George Floyd Fall Guys

The four policemen charged in George Floyd’s death acted entirely according to the training and guidance provided them by the Minneapolis Police Department.

By George Parry
The American Spectator

August 13, 2020

It is said that, in every large organization, the **** matter flows downhill. Anyone who has ever worked in government can attest to the truth of that statement. But, for dramatic proof of that proposition, take a look at this picture.

12311.png

This is an illustration from the Minneapolis Police Department’s official training materials on how to safely and properly subdue a suspect suffering from “excited delirium,” a potentially lethal medical condition which, due to the rising use and abuse of illicit drugs, has grown to epidemic proportions on the streets of America.

Look closely. The depicted suspect is flat on the ground with his head turned to the side in what the illustration calls “the recovery position to alleviate positional asphyxia.” The officer on the left is kneeling on the side of the suspect’s neck.

Look familiar?

Could this and related parts of the officially approved and mandated Minneapolis Police Department (MPD) training curriculum be why former Minneapolis Police Officer Derek Chauvin saw fit to kneel on the side of George Floyd’s neck? And could it be the reason why former officers Thomas Lane, J. Alexander Kueng, and Tou Thao assisted Chauvin as he knelt on the side of Floyd’s neck?

As will be explained in detail below, throughout Floyd’s confrontation with the police, he was at imminent risk of death from sudden cardiac arrhythmia caused by excited delirium. So it was that these officers followed the MPD’s official procedures for how to properly and safely subdue someone in that life-threatening condition. In doing so, they were not only keeping Floyd in the prescribed “recovery position” to alleviate his risk of asphyxiation, they were also keeping an agitated and delirious Floyd from harming himself as they awaited the arrival of the ambulance that they had twice summoned to provide medical aid to him.

So where are these well-intentioned, well-trained, and dutiful public servants today? They are in jail awaiting trial on murder and aiding and abetting charges after having been universally condemned in the news media and used by neo-Marxists and opportunistic criminals across the country as a pretext to riot, loot, and burn. And, while they sit in their cells, not one Minneapolis official, from Mayor Jacob Frey to Police Chief Medaria Arradondo or any member of City Council, has come forward to acknowledge that, in subduing Floyd, these law officers were acting in meticulous accordance with the MPD training and directives designed to reduce the risk of harm to persons suffering excited delirium.

THE UNTOLD STORY

George Floyd: The Big Lie

Jim Goad feed-32x32.png

Since that whole “George Floyd” thing happened in late May, the end of this month will officially mark one full season of nationwide (and, even worldwide) rioting to protest the perceived racial injustices of this Noble Blackman’s unfortunate passing.

We were led to believe right out of the gate that racist white cops hunted down and seized this chocolate-tinted gentle giant for no other reason than the color of his skin, slammed him to the ground, and then knelt on his neck long enough to asphyxiate him despite his repeated pleas that he couldn’t breathe.

After all, why lynch ’em when you can just choke ’em out with your pale white knee? It’s easier and less expensive as well as a wonderful physical expression of white supremacy.

This is all so tiresome that I could vomit up fossilized chunks of opaque green bile the size of car batteries, but I’ll restrain myself just like those four Minneapolis cops attempted to restrain George Floyd.

Everyone on planet Earth as well as every last penguin in Antarctica has seen the nine-minute video of Derek Chauvin kneeling on the side of George Floyd’s neck. Mind you, he wasn’t kneeling on his throat, because you can choke someone by doing that.

The Social Construction of Black Self-Destruction

The Social Construction of Black Self-Destruction

Egged on by Joe Biden and Wisconsin governor Tony Evers, a mob of Black Lives Matter rioters has been burning down Kenosha, Wis. They are angry over the latest police shooting of yet another black criminal who assumed he is racially entitled to resist arrest.

The new Zeroth Amendment to the Constitution reads “No Black man must submit to being arrested if He’s really not in the mood to be arrested.”

(The old Zeroth Amendment—“Everybody on Earth has the right to immigrate to America and Americans aren’t allowed to object”—was demoted to the Negative First Amendment about the time in June it was decided that blacks are now Blacks.)

As the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel reported:

Police arrived and wanted to talk with [Jacob] Blake, but he wasn’t interested and started putting his kids in the car to leave, the neighbor said.

One of the matters the cops may have wished to speak to Blake about was his open warrant for felony sexual assault. But in 2020, if he’s not interested, a Black man doesn’t have to discuss his warrant with nobody.

 For crying out loud --

as long as this thing keeps going on people have a right to protest. And they're protesting so that black men have lives.

When the police in all 50 states do get that message oh, then I think we'll be able to give it a rest.:o

First, show me the documentation that Biden "egged on" Black Lives Matter rioters.

Second,  are you sure Blake was "yet another black criminal"?  I mean, whatever happened to "innocent until proved otherwise"? Or do you believe it only applies it applies to you and all you other white supremasists?

Based on Kenosha and everything after Floyd, YOU did NOT get the message.  I am not for "defunding" the police, but  I am for more reviews of law enforcement budgets, more training for officers (especially those with over 5 years on the force) and officers practicing more restraint.
