Proof that the election was full of fraud by Democrats.

Would-be California mayoral candidate, another man charged with voter fraud

Two men, including one who tried to run for mayor of a Southern California city, were charged with voter fraud Tuesday in a scheme in which they allegedly submitted thousands of false voter registration applications.

No ballots were returned or tallied, the Los Angeles County elections office said. The alleged fraud was uncovered by that office in early October and sent to prosecutors.

The plan centered on an attempt by Carlos Antonio De Bourbon Montenegro, 53, to run for the mayor of Hawthorne, according to a criminal complaint. It does not appear he made it on the ballot, and he is not listed as a candidate in online election results.

*******************************************************

California is full of voter fraud, this is only a drop in the bucket. Notice how they submitted thousands of applications, no wonder Biden ran up the vote count.

PS This is why California hides their voter roles, so they can't be verified.

Poll watcher accused Travis County Clerk of election violations

It took 24 hours from the time a Travis County deputy marched Jennifer Fleck out of the county clerk’s office until she would enjoy her freedom again.

Fleck was assigned to poll watch at the Central Count Station on Nov. 2, but left in handcuffs charged with criminal trespassing. While inside the clerk’s office, Fleck called 911 to report what she believed were criminal violations of the Texas Election Code: obstructing poll watchers.

Travis County poll watchers are required to watch ballot counting and tabulations from a separate room, only seeing into the Central Count Station through windows. The clerk’s office calls that room the “media room.” The clerk’s office does not allow cameras into the media room to record what happens on the other side of the window.

Fleck believed the clerk’s office was intentionally shutting poll watchers out of the ballot counting process. Doing so would be a violation of state law.

How many illegal votes slipped through on this one?

My guess? Probably none...while Miss Fleck was most likely creating a major disruptive scene during which the vote counting was taking place, AND thus for almost OBVIOUS reasons why the poor little "patriot" was taken away in handcuffs.

(...and so once again, got anything else or any other questions for us here, MM?)

Cedarburg woman charged with voter fraud

A Cedarburg woman has been charged with voter fraud after prosecutors say she submitted an absentee ballot close to Election Day for her life partner who died in July.

Christine Daikawa, 48, faces two counts — making a false statement to obtain or vote an absentee ballot, a misdemeanor, and election fraud by impersonating an elector, a felony.

According to the criminal complaint:

Cedarburg City Clerk Tracie Sette told investigators that when election workers tried to log an absentee vote that had been dropped off on Election Day, records showed the voter, Elizabeth "Lizzy" Larson, was deceased. The vote, therefore, was not counted.

Larson, 56, had requested an absentee ballot for the Nov. 3 election back in March. She died July 9.

But the ballot envelope had been signed and dated Sept. 16. Daikawa had signed as the witness, listing an address in Thiensville. From Larson's obituary, detectives learned Daikawa had been her partner.

Another case of voter fraud that they reluctantly caught, meanwhile tens of thousands of others went on to be counted.

Well at least you're now admitting that the system worked,  yet again.    Of course you continue on with "meanwhile tens of thousands of others went on to be counted", which you can't prove (or the GOP) at all.

Oh, well.   The election is mostly over.     Time to move on (which is what I'm telling the Dems here who don't wish to,  just like you).

Scott Peterson among death row prisoners who got Covid unemployment benefit from California

Scott Peterson received Covid-19 unemployment benefits from the state of California despite being on death row for the murder of his wife and unborn son, according to a report.

Peterson was approved for the benefits along with convicted serial killer Cary Stayner and murderer Isuaro Aguirre, according to the Los Angeles Times.

Now nine district attorneys and a federal prosecutor in the state have urged governor Gavin Newsom to help block unemployment fraud in California prisons.

In a letter to the governor the group called the situation “ the most significant fraud on taxpayer funds in California history,” reports the Los Angeles Times.

The fraud reportedly includes the identity theft of some prisoners and well as individual inmates and organised gangs scamming the system.

Investigators say that more than $400,000 in state benefits have been paid to death row inmates, with more than $140 million to other inmates in the state’s 38 prisons.

California was scammed out of millions of dollars by criminals, but we are suppose to believe they can run a clean election with no voter fraud.

Hunterdon County makes arrest in voter fraud, authorities say

Authorities have announced the arrest of one individual for voter fraud charges.

According to Acting Prosecutor Michael J. Williams, “On November 5, 2020, after an investigation by the Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s Office’s Major Crimes Unit, Brian C. Shilling, age 53, of Stockton, NJ was arrested and charged with third degree fraud in casting a mail-in vote, third degree tampering with public record, forth degree unsworn falsification to authorities, four degree falsifying records and disorderly persons offense, offering a false statement for filing.

*******************************************************

Every day another arrest for voter fraud, all done using mail-in voting. This is why democrats pushed for expanded absentee ballots, they knew this was possible.

Record number of ballots requested in Georgia runoff election

A record number of absentee ballots are reportedly being requested for Georgia’s crucial Senate runoff races after the nation already broke records on mail-in voting for the Nov. 3 elections.

More than 762,000 absentee ballots have already been requested in the Peach State, according to WSB-TV, triple the amount of ballots requested in all of the state’s elections in 2018.

The two Senate contests on Jan. 5 will determine control over the upper chamber. Democrats would have to win both to take the majority.

Both parties are leaning into the race, with Democrats saying President-elect Joe Biden's agenda could be stalled by a Senate led by current Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.). Republicans argue that keeping the Senate in GOP hands is key as a last line of defense against Democrats, who will hold the White House and the House majority.

Georgia has leaned red in Senate elections, but Biden's slim win in the state has given Democrats new hope.

Former gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams, whose efforts to register voters is credited with helping Biden flip the historically red state, celebrated the record number of absentee ballots on Twitter.

*****************************************************

California flew in many democrats to help steal this election, the Republicans better wake up and see what is happening.

Once again, you posted a story where the system worked.  This woman was arrested on Nov 2.  No illegal votes were cast.

Just stating thousands got away with it doesn't make it so.   How many more lawsuits must the Trump campaign lose before it's accepted that there's been no proof of widespread fraudulent votes cast in this election?

Charges filed in father-son voter fraud case in Chester County

A Willistown man’s clumsy attempt at trying to cast a false ballot in the 2020 presidential election has led to one of the only verified instances in Chester County of alleged voter fraud.

Police on Monday filed criminal charges against Ralph Holloway Thurman for allegedly attempting to vote as another person — his own son — before being discovered by an alert poll worker who recognized him as having voted a short time earlier.

Thurman, who had not been arraigned by District Judge Thomas Tartaglio as of Thursday, was charged with four criminal counts, including forgery, identity theft, forging or destroying ballots, all misdemeanors, and repeat voting at elections, a third-degree felony.

He could not be reached for comment. It was unknown as to whether he had an attorney.

************************************************

Only the dumbest ones got caught, if the poll worker hadn't noticed this it would have been counted, like tens of thousands of others.

Highlighting and exposing voter fraud will put future elections on notice.  Yes there need to be an overseer, non bias of course (maybe a non-voter who has no ax to grind politically).

We have a guy in Kansas we would gladly put at your disposal Kris kobach oh, oh he already tried to do that--

I don't think he found more than a half dozen people in Kansas who were doing that.

Probably would be more useful to the country to have someone explain what we can do about these 12 million people who don't have enough to eat right here in the Land of Plenty.

Have you seen the unbelievably long car lines of people begging for food throughout the United States thanks to trump's covid-19 pandemic crisis.

Screwing around with political conspiracies and something that would politically gain votes for a minority political party is comforting,

but we have real people hurting in this country today and they really deserve our attention first.
