Can't remember the name to two movies? Please help

The first movie is newer similar to witness to murder  but a comedy,about a woman  who has model room mates she's on the terrace with a model but she has cucumbers on her eyes.  She sees a man strangle a woman in a another apartment. You find out later in the movie he's a cop and it was a fake murder.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            The second movie was either from the 60's or 70"s It was in Europe  set during WW2. One woman was having a affair with a Nazi (who was going back to Germany). Her father told a allied friend he had cancer so the allied friend talked him into being shot as a traitor so the German would have to take her to Germany. Once in Germany the allied friend had her help with a mission but she was also loyal  to the German .The German had a title that's how she got through the roadblocks.She stayed in Germany with her husband.
