I can't see anything but I have a rugged no nonsense geiger counter. Be surprised how simple the circuit and operation is. The whine you hear through the headphones is the switching power supply. The rugged and simple design makes it very reliable, only need 2 D batteries. You can find a lot of NOS units but needs the cesium sample on the side replaced and recalibrated.
