FredCDobbs
This town is populated by rich people. Several famous people have townhouses here. I went there once, and I was amazed. There are new two-story townhouses crammed right next to each other, but they are very expensive. There are many other small old mining towns in Colorado and the Western states that look similar, and most have fairly wealthy people living in them. Mainly as a second home or as a ?getaway? home, where they can go and get away from people like us, and be around rich people. In towns like this, rich people feel safe to walk down the street alone, go shopping by themselves, have lunch in a nice caf?, all without being bothered by peasants. There are a few peasants who live in the town, such as the workers in the cafes and bars, but these are generally high-class peasants who know how not to bother or irritate rich people. http://www.telluriderealtors.com/listings/detail.php?property_id=1732 http://www.telluriderealtors.com/listings/detail.php?property_id=929 You get this one for 5 weeks a year, at $80,000: http://www.telluriderealtors.com/listings/detail.php?property_id=1321 This one for 3 months a year at $95,000. 413 square feet.
