AdamW
It appears they've programmed The Four Feathers from 1939, which is mistakenly listed as an Oscar nominee on IMDb. It is not an official nominee as confirmed by the Academy's database. (It was shortlisted for best cinematography, much in the same way that Cats or Gemini Man are not Oscar nominees though both were shortlisted for best VFX.) Does anyone know how to share a programming issue like this? Might be worth mentioning before the film's introduction that it is not an official nominee.
AdamW
Worth noting Gunga Din is in the same boat.
TopBilled
You're right. And they've shown GUNGA DIN before during Oscar month. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Academy_Award_for_Best_Cinematography#1930s
Hibi
Are they only showing WINNERS this year?

AdamW
I submitted a data correction IMDb that got accepted, so hopefully this can be avoided in the future! They're still great movies — nomination or not.

Try sending a private message to TCMModerator1 about it. They will be able to forward it on to the folks in charge of the database.

It depends if the data you see on the TCM site is forked or ported. I'm just another data guy and I have wondered once or twice before, but haven't really bothered to look into it. I hear wonderful things about it though.
