There's something about Faye Dunaway that has always frightened me, lol) I've got an entire army of refrigerator gremlins. These little devils keep eating my chocolate, which I stash in the freezer, but they sit up there (garbed in tundra wear) and gobble it up. Bronxgirl48 Posted May 29, 2012 Author Share Posted May 29, 2012 darkblue, I first saw Faye, like I believe many did, in BONNIE AND CLYDE, and sort of acknowledged to myself that she was a good actress, even though I'm probably the only person on the face of the earth who doesn't understand why that film is so great, or even good. (except for Foggy Mountain Breakdown) She was outstandingly fierce in NETWORK, and deserved the Oscar. The only other part I've ever seen her in is MOMMIE DEAREST, and even Faye acknowledged that was a disaster, lol. My week-end was molte bene. Dropped by Julian Lennon's Como villa and told him how much I dislike Yoko, lol. He flew in fish and chips from Liverpool and we feasted on that, washed down with cups of good British tea. In the evening we stopped at a lakeside restaurant and enjoyed wild boar-and-truffle risotto, accompanied by endless glasses of fine Italian wine.
