Set for finale of Chaplin's "The Great Dictator"

I was watching the Sydney Chaplin home movies of Charlie's "The Great Dictator" and wondered if anyone knew where the outdoor finale scene was shot? Looked too big to be at Chaplin's studios. I was thinking maybe a big clearing, field or park in or around L.A.?

Looks like it was shot on a sound stage with Pasadena city hall as a backdrop.

Thanks, Moe. But I was talking about the actual outdoor shots. Part of that was shot outdoors.

I haven't seen the movie so I'm going by Youtube videos.  According to IMDB  Hynkle's oratorial speech - San Fernando Valley, Los Angeles, California, USA. They also shot out by Agoura Hills which is just further west.  But I wouldn't swear this shot was outdoors.
