Facing three years in prison for this?  That is a bit harsh but i would like to see her punished.  A silly (putting it politely) person posing for an instagram picture.  Not even holding a sign for the riders to see- just wanted them in the background as she promotes her site and in the process causing mass damage and injuries and ruining some people's opportunity to ride and erasing life-long training. All for self-promotion.

I mean, REALLY?!?!

Yes,  really.     The trial was a farce and the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania ruled correctly IMO.

While it is highly likely Cosby was guilty of many crimes,   DA and state officials need to charge such praetors in a more real-time manner.

That concept is a foundation of our justice system.

Yes, the original district attorney had absolutely no business entering into an oral agreement that Cosby would not be incriminated by his statements in the original case. And then the second prosecutor should’ve honored that agreement.

No it’s probably hard to understand from the title of the thread and my initial reaction, butI understand why he was realeased.

Of course your average non-millionaire or non-billionaire non-celebrity person who is charged with sex crimes would never ever have been allowed to enter into an agreement like this, oral or otherwise, and would not have successfully been able to appeal a conviction.

May this isn’t really about racial inequity in the justice system, it’s about economic ones.

Meanwhile a woman in France is facing three years in prison for waving a sign at the Tour de France.

Ie. waving a TV sign to her grandma and grandpa, causing a 23-biker pileup and essentially taking them out of the race.

And with the degree that the Tour de France is taken seriously, that makes her the Steve Bartman of Europe.

Perhaps some of his numerous victims can pool their resources and hire a professional hitman,

who can eliminate this sleaze for good. Then after the deed is done they can throw a pudding pops

party.

Well in order to do that, first they would have to bring pudding pops back. They haven’t made the **** things in 20 years.

(Sorry I’m extra salty today.)

It’s funny, I’m watching a live feed of MSNBC right now and COSBY is greeting reporters in front of his home in Pennsylvania and he has ***completely and 100% dropped*** his “Harvey Weinstein, shuffling, feeble, LEGALLY BLIND old man act.”

**** looks like he could swim the English Channel right now and his eyesight is obvioUsly FINE
