Three, count them three Black Widow movies.  All different.  One is with Scarlett J. (got so so reviews), one with Gene Tierney and Ginger Rogers and 1 with Debra Winger and Theresa Russell.

There are 2 The Uninvited (though both horror flicks - the 1st is a classic)

Nobody's Food with Paul Newman and Nobody's Fool with Tiffany Haddish

There are also 2 In and Out.  I like with one with Kevin Kline the other is not a remake and was made in 2017

There's the 1923 flick THE SILENT PARTNER,  starring  Leatrice Joy and Owen Moore which was no doubt a different story than 1978's Canadian production  starring Elliott Gould and Christopher Plummer.

Sepiatone (who started a similar thread but in a music forum but titled "same name, different song" which so far yielded nine pages of entries.)

You beat me to it!

I just looked at my TCM recordings from last month and saw

220px-%22Fast_and_Furious%22_(1939).jpg

...from 1939, just without "THE".

Pretty confusing. Unfortunate placement choice of the cigarette in the poster...unless the movie's about cocaine.

:o  You find the CIGARETTE placement  more unfortunate than the GUN?  And please clear something else up for me....

What makes you reckon a CIGARETTE image on a movie poster indicates the movie might be about COCAINE?

Oh I don't think it indicates anything intentionally. Subliminally, the angle of the cigarette just looks like a straw pointed at the face's nose & the ash looks like what you'd be snorting UP the straw.

The Island

This list is incomplete. There are many shorts also and some: 'in development' and at least one is 'Completed' but carries no release date.

A few of these are titled in their native language which translates to: 'The Island' and/or their IMDb.com page lists them as: "Also Known As: The Island".

https://www.imdb.com/find?q=the%20island&s=tt&exact=true&ref_=fn_tt_ex

1966 - The idealistic Count, together with his mistress, a teacher on the title island, represents a more modern and open lifestyle. Seeking a closer and relaxed contact with the locals. Against these two stands obsolete, doomed and unyielding traditions.

1978 - Simmonds, a professional soldier, takes time out from the horrors of war to reunite with the girl he once loved. But the small island, on which she lives, is said to be haunted.

1979 - The lives of several patients at an isolated psychiatric ward. A relationship develops between a young man who comes out of a catatonic state and a young woman who is terrified of the outside world.

1980 - A journalist takes his son with him to investigate pirate activity off the coast of Florida. But he gets stranded on a mysterious island--where he might not be alone.

2003 - A coming of age story of a boy, Turi (Ernandes) and his younger sister, Teresa (Guarrasi) on an island off the coast of Sicily. Using mostly non professional actors in a neorealist style, this film creates a charming and seemingly authentic slice of village life.

2005 - A man living in a futuristic sterile colony begins to question his circumscribed existence when his friend is chosen to go to the Island, the last uncontaminated place on earth.

2006 - Somewhere in Northern Russia in a small Russian Orthodox monastery lives an unusual man whose bizarre conduct confuses his fellow monks, while others who visit the island believe that the man has the power to heal, exorcise demons and foretell the future.

2007 - 'El Gezira' is a film about a community of Upper Egypt residents living in El Gezira (the Island). They have their own set of rules, ethics and traditions. They also plant drugs and buy arms from Sudan. The officer in charge of the region turns a blind eye to these happenings, and in the beginning, the government takes no heed of the Island. At the start of the film, we witness the death of the old 'Kabir el Gezira' (the island's ruler), leaving the land to his son Mansour. The first half follows Mansour as he takes control of his land and must deal with a band of other drug lords who are greedy to take control of the island. The second half of the film deals with the political conflict. It follows the government's side of things (which finally decides to take action) at the same time as Mansour's side as the two react to each other's threats and the conflict escalates.
