This is about the time of year when the dates are announced, with tickets going on sale in November. Other large gatherings are currently being held: theme parks like Disneyland and Universal Studios are open, the Indian Wells tennis tournament is being held in October (delayed from March) and the Rose Parade is on the schedule.
