wouldbestar
Nice to see so many folks of Irish ancestory actually had this for their birthday. This child of the Celts who celebrate St. Andrew's Day hope those of St. Patrick had a nice one. I actually tried to make corned beef and cabbage with carrots and potatoes thrown in and it went pretty well. You original "green people" really know a good dish when you taste it. lzcutter
Jeffrey, I understand your need to post images since the image code is not working in the General Discussions forum. Perhaps, instead of hijacking Mongo's thread which is devoted to candid photos of stars of all eras, you might consider starting your own thread here devoted to your love of silent stars? Just a thought.....
gagman66
Lynn, All of these work pretty well as Candids. I have plenty of colorized photos from the 30's, 40's and 50's that I can post too. Even the the 60's.
lzcutter
Jeffrey, I understand but you should check with Mongo to be sure he is cool with the idea. If the image posting code continues to remain a problem in the General Discussions forum, it may be better for you to start a thread here for your photos. That way your fans have a thread where they can follow your image postings. That's all I am suggesting.....
gagman66
Lynn, Not trying to be disrespectful. I have posted in this thread many times before and He never said anything about objecting. I'm just saying that your reasons for posting in this thread have changed because the image code has changed in the General Discussions Thread. Because of that, I'm suggesting you check with Mongo to be sure he is comfortable with the situation or if he would prefer, given the restrictions in the General Discussions with the image code, if he would prefer you start your own thread. It's his thread and his call. Just trying to keep the peace despite the problems we have to deal with due to the upgrade.
