vamike Posted November 3, 2021 Share Posted November 3, 2021 Almost every TCM movie I have tried to record using my Tivo comes out with scrambled video after the first 5-10 minutes. And that continues until the end of the recording. One movie has recorded fine all the way through. I do not have this problem recording any other channel. Watching TCM live works fine. I know others have recorded TCM shows on Tivo since I have searched these forums and found a lot of discussion about it. I also saw some discussion about an error when recording but I'm not seeing an error. Is there anything TCM is doing to prevent most movies from being recorded successfully? How would I find out about this? Is anyone else having the same problem? I am also on Verizon Fios. I got rid of the Fios DVR and boxes many years ago for a Tivo instead.
