ElCid
Hearts of the West is an excellent parody on the 1930's western movie making industry. For all I know there is a lot of truth in it. Great cast. Anyway, I never watch one of the Westerns from the 30's and 40's without thinking of this movie and how they were made. 3
Tikisoo
I first heard of this movie when I visited the Andy Griffith Museum in Mt Airy NC- Love this movie but can't seem to locate my DVD. ...that's what happens when you loan movies out I guess. Thankfully, TCM is broadcasting it again so I can record it - the sure fire way to find my copy!
ElCid
Actually I had never heard of the movie until it showed up on TCM once. Immediately found a DVD copy.
brianNH
My wife just found out this is coming on in a few minutes, and she's jumping for joy. Really, she is! This may mean TV trays for dinner instead of the kitchen table.
