Problem connecting

For several days now, I have been trying to log on to WATCH TCM through my cable provider, Xfinity. I've never had a problem before. But now I keep getting the message, "We're having a problem verifying your account with your TV provider. Please try again." After numerous attempts, I've given up. Xfinity tells me I'm signed in and "ready to watch." TCM says they can't verify my account. Oh well...

Unfortunately, we do not provide technical support here on the TCM forums. We do suggest making sure your app is updated to the current version. You may also find helpful info at  the TCM Help Center . If you are unable to resolve the issue, please us the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page for further assistance.
