flashback42
Thanks, Sixes. Next up: Violent, mismatched fight. The aggressor, a much bigger man, is all dressed out in paramilitary weapons and gear. He picks up the smaller man and shakes him and then tosses him some distance. The smaller man holds up his hand and shows that on his finger he is wearing the pull-pin of a hand grenade that is still strapped to the other's harness. He whisper-whimpers, "I'm sorry." Camera back for a long shot, and the bigger man is blasted to pieces, while the smaller is low to the ground and just far enough away to survive. mr6666
no thought here, but any connection to a "Predator" movie?
flashback42
Not that genre. Late '80s comedy-drama The little guy in the fight holds a Lead Actor Oscar for another film. The big guy has a parallel career in the boxing ring. He's not Mickey Rourke, but he has boxed him.

redhook1947
Since I'm pretty sure of my answer and it's been 24 hours, I'll continue: The FBI has staked out a bank teller who is being extorted by a psychotic killer. At the bank, when she goes into the ladies room, an old woman dressed in black (the disguised bad guy) gives her his demands. He gets away under the FBI's noses.
