I have been looking for this hardcover book for a few months now. I checked Amazon quite frequently since it was brand new but they never seemed to have carried it, except through third-party sellers. Then yesterday, quite by accident, I found it in the bargain books section at Barnes & Noble. It's really excellent, about 160 pages, and it was "bargain" priced at $19.98 (which, oddly, seems to be the price on the back of the book, anyway, so I don't know where the bargain price part comes in).

I believe the 52-page book that was in the Wizard of Oz Ultimate Collector's DVD and Blu-ray editions a month back was put together by the same authors, but this 160-page book has lots more (about 400 photos, including lots of behind the scenes stuff, and it measures about 10 1/2 x 12 inches and is almost an inch thick).
