Fredmill38
Gene Barry, Arnold Stang and possibly Brittany Murphy will get added to the tribute next year since they passed away during the month of December. As has been previously mentioned, TCM has made certain exceptions to their tribute promo, but not that many due to the importance of some of the individuals who did pass as well as their body of work. For example, one of the individuals who did pass away last December was Eartha Kitt. She passed away last year on Christmas and she was added to the tribute this year. In the case of MJ, if he had had a bigger body of work in film indispersed with his music career, it could have been possible that he would have been added to the tribute. I'm not downplaying the fact that he was talented, it's just that he did not have a substantial catalog of films to merit him a spot in the promo. That's just my opinion. ~Donna __________________________________________ *"You're the detective.
