sixmorereasons
During breaks inbetween movies, TCM shows some of the best "commericals" of any program. I was just wondering if TCM showed any of their In Memory shorts after they do a tribute to the stars. They are all very good and I think it would be a nice idea to show them even now. I remember the Marlon Brando one and at the end everytime it made me feel like I wanted to sob. I also enjoy watching the 100 years of movies short and the Happy 10th birthday TCM short as well. All in all though, I just wanted to tell TCM that they keep me entertained and happy with their stations inbetween movies and during movies. classicsfan1119
I agree! When I'm watching any other channel (a rare event in my house), I always go do something else when a commercial appears, but not when I'm watching TCM! I even look forward to the breaks between TCM's movies now because I know that TCM will air something I'm going to enjoy during them. And, I like your idea that TCM could re-air some of their excellent "In Memory" tributes right after featuring (for a day) the movies of the stars we love who are no longer with us. I think this would be a real nice touch. ML
Guest
I've long thought TCM's promos are great, too! Top notch adverts. I still like that Ben-Hur/school play one.
