classicsfan1119 Posted September 3, 2004 Share Posted September 3, 2004 "Six", when they (the TCM Web Staff)established that new Forum for us to use, they should have also entered their "instructions" for what they want us to include when we tell them we're having any kind of technical problems, but they didn't. Oh well, just give them as much information as you possibly can about the nature of your problems, when and where you are having them, and hope for the best.
