butterscotchgreer
Hey, Scotchie! I love the one for Lux that looks like a comic strip! I know, isn't it cute?! I love that one you posted! I wish today's ads were just as pretty, but the girls wear such slinky dresses in them now. It makes me wanna have some cola! Anyone else want some? Heehee!
butterscotchgreer
Hey Ustinov! Loretta had the most beautiful cheekbones! She did! They were so high. Who's your favorite actress?

butterscotchgreer
I found one with Greer in her later career! I wonder what the grapes have to do with lux soap. Heehee! Edited by: butterscotchgreer on Apr 19, 2010 5:04 PM
Ustinov48
Gaslight, of course and The Manchurian Candidate (she's a powerhouse in that one), she's great in the World of Henry Orient and I love The Picture of Dorian Gray. I read somewhere that she was good friends with Hurd Hatfield for many years.
Ustinov48
I forgot about Angela in Death on the Nile, have you seen that one? I own it and she's hilarious in it, terrific range! So funny.
butterscotchgreer
I love angela in anything and she could definitely make any character believable. Her emotional range was so versatile. I love how she pulled it off! I heard that she and Hurd were friends for many years after the making of Dorian Gray. They often had tea with each other. Heehee! I love Death On the Nile. So many people are in it, but Angela always stands out for me in it with her spunk. Ustinov48
I love those patterns too. I wish I could sew. I actually have a machine, but am no good at working patterns. My husband sews better than I do. LOL
wouldbestar
My mother to me on many occasions: "If I rub vanishing cream on you, will you disappear?" You'd have to ask her if she meant it; I'm far from being objective.
