Possible Deleted Scenes from "An Affair To Remember" D. Kerr in Wheelchair

Recommended Posts

Does anyone know where the average film collector can get a copy in ANY format, of the unexpurgated version of this film, that will include the scene in the art gallery with D. Kerr/T Mackay in a wheelchair, and the shot of the same chair in the bedroom in the final scene. ALL VHS and DVD copies are missing these two aspects. I believe they have been deleted bacuse of Ms Kerr's own debilitites forcing her into a whell chair at the the end of her off-screen life.

I thought I was the only one who remembered these two details, they've been so uniformly obliterated from every copy I've been able to find. Since you asked this question over 10 years ago without anyone responding, I'm guessing there's no hope of finding a restored version. I'm going to continue looking, and will post here if I find it. Will you please do the same? Thanks very much.
