Thanks, Sorry I missed the film, I haven't had access to TCM since August.

 

 

A b&w film, begins in a building having a blackout and a man also suffering from a blackout.

*Mirage* is the film. Really wish TCM would show it. I've requested this one for years. btw, skip- *The Big Country* is a favorite of mine too. Glad you recognized *Mirage*, it's your thread.

You got it, Ms Blue...A not-so-good vehicle for Gordon MacRae and Jane Powell from 1953. The only thing I liked about the movie was Gene Nelson's dancing....Your thread.

That's the one. *The Divorcee* .Norma Shearer won the Oscar as Best Actress in 1930 for this film. Film still looks great 80 years later! TCM will air in Feb. Your thread.
