Panic In The Streets is the film. As a staunch fan of Richard Widmark, I'm always looking out for his films. This particular film has a great cast of actors and top notch direction by Elia Kazan. There is an old saying that opposites attract and that is what happens in this movie. He is shy, straight-laced and studious. She is outspoken, quirky, and quite insecure. She lives in her own little world where everyone else is considered a "wierdo". Despite these differences, a romance develops, although it's a bit rocky. Can you name this film? His career never really took off, although he did work in TV for some time. The movie is remembered for the Oscar nominated song "Come Saturday Morning".
