Can anyone tell me what this movie is?

I suspect none of you can help me, but more than twenty years ago, I saw a brief clip of a movie. It seems like one of those teenage sex comedies, and it involved two college students. The girl had brown or black hair, and she seemed vaguely intelligent. For some reason they are watching tv late night and they end up sleeping together. The movie couldn't have been made later than 1989.

 

And for a completely different topic, do any of you remember of movie from the early seventies called Didn't you Hear? Does anyone remember the plot?
