LsDoorMat
I know I've seen these three of which I own copies: THE BLACK CAT - Karloff & Lugosi I'LL TELL THE WORLD - Lee Tracy, Gloria Stuart WAKE UP AND DREAM - Russ Columbo, June Knight The Black Cat is precode in nature. The other two are not.
Swithin
What a list. I'm actually a fan of the 1934 *Great Expectations*. OK, I know that David Lean's talky, literary later version is the favorite; but the '34 version has its merits. Though I must say, although I always like Rafaela Ottiano, she is rather miscast as Mrs. Joe Gargery!

But I want to see ALL of the rest of these on your list.
ziggyelman
THE BLACK CAT IMITATION OF LIFE Thought I had seen HALF A SINNER, but turns out that I saw the 1940 film with that title... So two...and I consider myself I pretty nutty old movie fan...sad that we really haven't had a chance to see most of these...I wonder how many ever ran on AMC back when it didn't suck??? 222characteractor
I have only seen Imitation of Life and the Black Cat, but I would love to see all of the others. I had not known that Great Expectations was done by Universal; the others sound great too. I wish TCM would show more Universals; that would be great. 222characteractor
What was Wake UP and Dream like? I love Russ Columbo's songs.
LsDoorMat
The music in "Wake Up and Dream" was good, not great. What will snag your attention are the absolutely awful production values. It looked like sets from a high school play. I got it on a double bill with "Moonlight and Pretzels", which I also enjoyed. brackenhe
The 34 version of Imitation of Life has been on TCM a bunch of times. And I think I've seen Love Birds on TCM as well.

As much as I do enjoy them, especially Buck Jones, it can be hard to keep track sometimes of which I've seen without cross-checking supporting casts and plot summaries. So these are what I know I have seen and / or have copies of: Affairs of a Gentleman The Black Cat Bombay Mail By Candlelight The Crosby Case Cross Country Cruise Gift of Gab Glamour Great Expectations I Give My Love I'll Tell the World Imitation of Life Little Man What Now Midnight Million Dollar Ransom Myrt and Marge One More River The Poor Rich There's Always Tomorrow Wake Up and Dream
PrinceSaliano
They should all be shown on TCM. Goldie Hawn's birthday, indeed!
