Oh my gosh, I WANT Danny and Doris' house! With the fireplace and the row of windows along the wall, decorated perfectly! I also loved the gowns in I'll See You in My Dreams. I really loved this movie, I missed the beginning, but really enjoyed the great cast, and MissG, you were right, Danny and Doris were great together! I never really appreciated the modern type of sci-fi, unless it was the old cheesy stuff like Forbidden Planet or Invasion of the Body Snatchers, until I found X-Files….and even then, I don’t really watch it for the sci-fi, I watch it for the relationship…I know, I’m silly! Laurence Olivier's accent sounds an awful lot like the one he uses in THE BOYS FROM Brazil, ha!{font} {font:Calibri}I’m glad you enjoyed it! You do present a valid point with Al’s version of that wonderful song. Larry Olivier’s accent IS sort of the same, but I have detected hints of difference in each, although I must say I love his accent more in The Boys From Brazil. It just sounds a little more handsome…if that’s even possible. Heehee!{font} {font:Calibri}Boy, Greer got all the handsome leading men, didn't she? Bob Donat, Walter (I wonder what those limericks were, lol), Robert Taylor, Clark, Robert Ryan, Fred MacMurray and the alligator in THE HAPPIEST MILLIONAIRE... {font} {font:Calibri}Yes she did as a matter of fact! Heehee!...well except for two very important ones who just happened to be the most handsome of all. Cary and Gary! In fact they were both sets to do movies with her that never got past pre-production….those silly studio people just had to ruin their chances. I’m so disheartened by this! I love being a drama queen! Heehee! Have you actually seen The Happiest Millionaire?? Isn’t it great?! I loveeeeee that movie! It’s such an awesome matching of Fred and Greer..and of course the alligators. Alice is going to be a vampire - she has the cutest little hat to wear - it's a little tiny one with brownish orangish sparkles and feathers. I just found an outfit on ebay that will go perfectly, I think. Black with brownish orangish sparkles on the top and long drapey sleeves. Now we just need teeth and blood.
