Same movies too often

With all the movies that could be shown and the number requested on this forum and the Suggest a Movie site, why does TCM show the same ones over and over?

Many movies that were shown in February are being shown again in March, some of them more than once. For example, All About Eve is on twice in March and was just on in February. Some movies show up every month or two.

How about a limit of once every six months for all movies? Have a little more variety for a change.

Incorrect statement. See my answer to your same error here:

I wonder how many people watch TCM all the time? I mean, whenever the TV is on, they watch TCM. I wonder how many?

Three or four years ago, a TCM executive expressed some surprise to a reporter when he found out some people watch only TCM and as often as possible.

I'd watch TCM more often, but I'm too busy dressing up as a Klingon and attending Star Trek conventions.

While he may well have been surprised, I think he also expressed that such 24/7 viewers are near-impossible to please.

I don?t think he did that. He seemed to be surprised that people watched only TCM, as if such people were freaks.
