Flamengo
I caught part of a movie with Jeanette MacDonald and Maurice Chevalier the weekend of Feb 5-6, 2011. I have checked the Schedule for TCM and do not find either of them listed in a movie for that weekend. It was a B&W movie with sound and from around the 1930's. There was a blank in the TCM Schedule listed on Feb. 5, at 3-5 PM with no information about what was shown during that 2 hour period. That may very well be the film I am looking for. Can anyone tell me if a JM/ MC movie was shown during that time period and the name of that movie? Thanks
DownGoesFrazier
I believe that was THE LOVE PARADE (1929)
Fedya
*The Love Parade* aired last Thursday night. The movie that aired over the weekend was *One Hour With You*. The schedule probably has a blank there because it was a fairly late replacement for *One Hundred Men and a Girl*.
Flamengo
Thanks for the responses. I really had the feeling that I had seen the movie at the time there was a blank in the schedule. I didn't really devote my attenetion to it but thought about how neat it was later in the weekend. I didn't remember much about the movie to describe enough to give anyone a clue as to what happened in the plot. I did a search for "One Hour With You" and recognized something in the plot line that I vaguely remember. So I really feel that was the movie I was looking for. I don't know how you were able to help me with the name, but I do believe "One Hour With You" was the movie I was looking for. So FEDYA, thanks for your help.
