Chris31 Posted March 1, 2011 Share Posted March 1, 2011 a writer's car falls down a cliff after overheating. he goes to a mansion for help, an eccentric lady of the house who frequently takes in tramps mistakes him for a tramp and takes him in as a cheuffer, the daugter falls for him. the police find his car down the cliff, the local newspaper prints that he is dead. does anyone know the title of this movie. i kind of remember the star being eithe robert montgomery or gary cooper but i cant find it in either one of their filmographies. any clue?
