deeanddaisy666
getting this in their email inbox? I won't open it, and I'm sure it's not coming from TCM: "L-Soft list server at (ema3lsv01) TBS, Inc (1.8e) Subscription probe for TCM-NEWSLETTER - please ignore" Is it a virus? Thanks. movieslover1000
I got several at the beginning of November. Didn't open them, took it as having problems with their newsletter and schedule. Especially since I didn't get them for November.
classicsfan1119
I got this, too, but initially assumed that I did because I had to go off-line for so long when my modem died. I have finally, after a year of begging, started getting the TCM Newsletter, so I also think that this was a legit notification from TCM to make sure that they had things right on their end re. sending out the Newsletters to people who first startd requesting them a year ago. My server intercepts anything for me that contains a Virus, so rest easy that this one didn't contain one. ML

deeanddaisy666
Thanks, realfuster et al. I thought tcmprogrammer could explain it, but no word so far.
classicsfan1119
Stoney, the TCM Programmer probably doesn't know anything about this...it's kind of out of his area. You'd do well to contact TCM using their "Feedback" key if you want a reply back about this issue. Clearly, it's not a virus or most of us would have it by now.
