Guest rsteiner0609
Hello all, TCM web staff here. We had a problem arise with the AOL Screen Name service last week which caused our login process to fail. It was simply a human error with an IP address that occured on the AOL Screen Name side which caused the failure to occur. We've identified the problem and have fixed it. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. We are taking steps to move to a new upgrade of these message boards that will offer a set of great new features and better stability. You are a great group of posters - we will continue to work hard to ensure these boards are problem-free. Thank you for continuing to post in our Technical Issue board as well, or in our "Feedback" section, any issues you see arise. Sincerely, TCM web staff

deeanddaisy666
Hi, thanks for the update. We were here during the interim, and would have appreciated an update via the Guest login. We figured it out, and yes, we ARE a great group of posters. And yes, we WOULD appreciate a new format, this one...well, as Aunty Em said, let's just say this one is a stinkeroo. But we love your programming and look forward to many more decades of classic black and white movies....oh, and the others here want classic color movies as well! Thank you!!! therealfuster
Being that I don't look a gift horse in the mouth, I just spent my spare time watching all the great movies on TCM on the days I could not access the web site. It was time well spent! Much appreciation for the update and solution to the log in situation.
