Sahav
I was watching "Somewhere I'll Find You" on TCM a few minutes ago, I was also recording it on my DVR for my wife to see later. I was at the ending where Gable was dictating to Turner and the sound of a bomb falling was heard, then it looked like a slow fade out and bam the DVR recording stopped and it went forward to the next spot. (I was a few minutes behind due to pauseing a phone call). My question is, was this, how did it ended with a fade to black and the unseen bomb falling or what??? (Apologies if anyone thinks this is in the wrong area, but hey Bataan is WWII and even the opening brings our attention to Pearl Harbor)
EdisonMcIntyre
Yes, that's the end of the film -- falling bomb and fade to black. The End. That's a terrific piece of screen writing, isn't it? "And don't forget the name!"
