Ascotrudgeracer Posted August 25, 2011 "She believes in 2 things...love and violence." Peggy Cummins steals the movie, but John Dall is perfection, as he was in "Rope" (1948). It's "Bonnie & Clyde" inspired (quite loosely) but most don't see that.
bongoBill Posted March 12, 2013 I think a young Russ Tamblyn plays the young John Dall character at the beginning of the movie.
faceinthecrowd Posted July 26, 2015 Two scenes stand out cinematically: Cummins makes her entrance from the *bottom* of the frame, and the bank holdup sequence is filmed in an unbroken take. Dall's character is the conscience of the pair: "Two people are dead," he says bitterly, "so we won't have to work."

Anyhow, I agree Cummins steals the movie while Dall holds down the fort.

rayban Posted February 23, 2016 Luv the bit with the candles burning. Cummins is a stone cold fox. Peggy Cummins is really terrific in "Gun Crazy". She was also very good in "Moss Rose" with Victor Mature. She was very good at playing young ladies who were far from perfect. Her Hollywood career was short-lived. She went back home to England. And she stayed there happily, I believe.
