loliteblue Posted January 21, 2005 Share Posted January 21, 2005 Hi folks, I had a cold now its turned into Bronchitis doctor has said stay in bed for afew days very strong antibotic, steroids possibly for inflammation control i am allergy to some antibiotics they are trying Zithromycin for six days to get the infection under control...hoping for the best! So i don't have to be hospitalized always had weak lungs!....... Just like Elizabeth Taylor so i guess i'm in good co.ha-ha....since my computer is not a laptop dr. said no computer talking for awhile rest in bed so under doc's orders seeya later alligator's Just had to put that in there needed some comic relief! love to all lolite blue. About two years ago I had bronchitis but I waited about a month before going to the doctor and it took a long time to clear up, its no fun and I could never sleep well when I had it. Do as the doctor says and take your meds and you will be as good as new in no time. I will miss you since you are one of the brighter candles gracing our boards. Get well soon! After a few days of it, I wasn't feeling any better and got worried, but then on final day of taking it, the illness was gone. It seemed miraculous, and I hope it works even faster for you. I just woke up after the weekend sleep from the antibiotics thanks for the wonderful sentiments i'm breathing better now & able to sleep. The Zithromycin is working fine so i get to stay at home and recover. Mongo your right its a pip! of a illness i am still tired out a little weak but i will try to peek in every now and then again i'm overwhelmed by your love and i'm sure your prayers in a world that gets hazy its nice to know there's wonderful people like you !.... i'm truly the richestest person on earth because...... And, as always, my advice is to rest, drink plenty of fluids, and watch two movies on TCM. I hope by now you are well on the road to recovery. Take care!
