David122
I don't have much to go on - all I know is it's a recreation of the Bethlehem scene in a motel out west with cowboys etc - the "Joseph and Mary" characters are penniless and have nowhere to go - hence the manger comparisons - one couple stops and when they hear a mother is delivering a child they stay to help - the only familiar face in the whole movie is Dick Elliott - the actor who was the man on the porch in "It's a Wonderful Life" who says "Why don't you kiss her?!!" - he's had supporting roles in a lot of movies. Anybody know the name of this movie?
David122
After just adding this thread I got serious about finding this movie - I tracked it down - "Star in the Night" - it's on a disk w/"Christmas in Conn".
Sunny75
This is a wonderful short - in fact, it won the Oscar in 1946 for Best Short.
DobieAPV
The youngest cowboy was played by Richard Erdman, who is currently on the show "Community".
