bhryun Posted February 19, 2005 Share Posted February 19, 2005 I'm looking for "Dawn of Sound " volumes 1 and 2. They have short films and musical numbers from 1928-1930. It was released on laserdisc in 1992 by mgm/ua. I have no idea if it was released on VHS. Does anyone know where I can find it? Or if it was even released on VHS? richardny4me Posted February 20, 2005 Share Posted February 20, 2005 The 3 laser disc "Dawn of Sound" sets were never released on VHS. Some of the films may have individually made it to VHS, like Broadway Melody, which has just been issued on DVD with some of the shorts. But Ebay is the only place to get the whole set.
