NickH
This film was a black & white noir, probably made around 1960 (when I saw it only once). The only thing I remember (besides that I liked it) was one scene, a street scene in Harlem, when the voice-over narrator, a white guy, says (about the black people on the street): "You hate them and they hate you". Does anybody have a clue from the tiny biy of information?

NickH
That sounds like it, thanks! I'm going to rent it from Netflix to watch it. The IMDB description sure sounds like it.
