1945,A US Weatherteam(Don Taylor,Darryl Hickman,Martin Milner,etc) led by CPO Sam McHale(Richard Widmark)are sent into the Gobi Desert.When their radio is put out of order they have a series of adventures while returning home.

This film was much better than I thought it would be.
