bhryun
I can't believe that TCM showed "Mokey" with Robert Blake this afternoon, at the same time I was flipping back and forth to CNN because they were going to go to his courtroom to provide the verdict! Did y'all have advance info? What are the chances? What a coincidence! Anyway, "Mokey" was pretty good, but, I still think Bobby did it! Although I thought the evidence was flimsy. But, I do think OJ did it, and I thought the evidence was real good there. Blood all over many locations! Puh-leeze!
brackenhe
ucrsue--I see that you're new. We don't usually get into topics like this, but I did see the irony in showing the early Blake movie and the fact he was acquitted today. (I think irony is what I'm looking for--maybe coincidence is a better word.)
spencerl964
I know this was quite "A STUNNER!" By the way, Robert Blake-(Mickey Gubitosi)-(1933-) arguably had his greatest role in 1967 exceptional & OSCAR nominated: "In Cold Blood" He was furious that yr. when it was left-out of the BP race though-("Doctor Dolittle" filled the 5th slot) Richard Brooks was up for BD, it's screenplay, etc & he always loved to speak of being directly in the middle of Hollywoods Golden Age! Most recall his bit role in 1 of the all-timers "Treasure Sierra Madre"(1948) & he always joked about how ugly *Bogey was. But, he liked him a lot.
