Sepiatone
One of my brothers-in-law asked me if I knew the name of an old movie starring Humphrey Bogart in which he played a guy pretending to be a priest. I told him I couldn't say for sure, and I CAN'T. Was he mistaken? Or what? Sepiatone

Capuchin
I think it's a great little film. I don't watch it every time it's on, but a definite keeper.
JamesJazGuitar
The Left Hand of God is an OK movie and does have an impressive leading cast but with Lee J. Cobb playing a Chinese warlord and Bogie pretending to be a priest. Bogie as a priest is indeed miscasting but again, he was pretending to be a priest so the fact he didn't come off as a priest could be said to support that narrative. Gene Tierney does her part well. Sadly she was fighting a case of depression. In her book Self-Portrait, she has some kind things to say about Bogie. For fans of Bogie and Tierney the movie is worth seeing. If Wayne can play a Chinese warload, why not Cobb!
