LadyHamilton
Very sad. So young.
Dargo2
Yep, quite a shame at such the reasonably young age of 54. I doubt anyone's played the role of the "gentle giant" type better. (...R.I.P. Michael)
brackenhe
He seemed like such a nice & fun loving man. He was a great talk show guest, always had funny stories to tell. I think he had a couple of young children.
CountessDracula
It is very sad, much too young. He did seem to be a very nice man and many who have worked with him are echoing those sentiments tonight.
Lori3
I think he should of won the Oscar for his performance in the film "The Green Mile" he was so good in that part. RIP Michael. Lori
willbefree25
I'll say, a big shame. Odd bit in one of the news articles - this Spring, he decided to go vegan and they quoted him as saying he cleared out his freezer of $5K worth of meat. $5K! I imagine eating all that meat did him no good.

I had hoped he was going to pull through and recover, so very sad to hear the news... He has definitely become a part of film history with his role in "The Green Mile." People are going to be watching that film 100 years from now or more... R.I.P. Sepiatone
He was a frequent guest on Craig Ferguson's show, and always gave the impression of being a very gentle and likeable person. Quick smile, easy laugh. A loss for humanity as well as his loved ones. Sepiatone
hamradio
I only got to know him from the movie "Armageddon" (1998) by which I like the charactor he played. Lol about this tough guy getting teary eyed during the psychological evaluation by which he failed.
