28Silent
I am glad that t.cm has shown some never before seen Max Sennet shorts, last night.Heres' the irony Two of the shorts ,I think from 1908,Showed a really thin Ford Sterling. But By 1912 he gained a few pounds looking the way he would look in later films.Ben did not mention the detail, probably of time constraint, how Mabel norman died, she died of Tuberculosis .Fatty attempted a comeback by doing some talking short he appeared in and directed some films. The tragedy was he had sign to Warners to do his comback talking feature, when he died in his sleep.Could it been a heart attack?.I think mabel would had made a good transition to talkies. She might of had a good speaking voice
