► DAVID HUDDLESTON, who played 'Dr. Molyneaux', is the highest-billed cast member still alive.  He's 85.  Ex-football player JOE KAPP is alive.  So is SALLY KIRKLAND, who has a few lines early on in the movie as a 'lady of the evening' and READ MORGAN (whose part is tiny).  Still, just about everyone with a speaking part has gone to the train trestle in the sky.  (EDIT:  David Huddleston died later in 2016 at age 85).
