$100 bill torn in half, thrown from Window

Hi Guys-

 

Looking again for a film title from the the early to mid 1930s I believe.

 

Takes place in the depression, and the only scene remembered is of a $100 bill torn in half, and thrown out a window.

 

Child or young adult I think, picks up the half bill, and tries to locate the other half!
