Ray Faiola
It's had a circuritous route, including a reissue as GREAT WHITE HUNTER, but I believe ownership has landed with Warner Bros. Many of the Benedict Bogeaus productions are PD, but not this one. THE MACOMBER AFFAIR was on Cinemax about 10 or more years ago. For some reason, there was no end title on the 35mm print shown. Great performances, especially Preston; great Rozsa score; great Hemingway adaptation - best along with THE BREAKING POINT.
